Each morning I prioritize urgent matters that have come up overnight, and ongoing projects that I am constantly working on. Among my duties are preparing for college recruitment and coordinating current and future recruitment strategies. 

I graduated college in 2005 with a B.A in Public Relations and a minor in Media Studies. I then worked with Kelly Services, a recruitment firm in the US, as an Executive Recruiter.

An ideal career step

The job at IMC is exactly what I needed as the next step in my career, building a college recruitment program and traveling to different schools across the US. I get to use my sales and recruiting skills and there’s the opportunity to assist with building a strong Human Resources team from the ground up. 

Sometimes my day flies by and I forget to have lunch, or I don’t want to put my work down so I eat at my desk. Other days, I’m able to slip out for a quick lunch.

No day is a mirror image of the next and that’s one of the great things about Human Resources and IMC.

Young and entrepreneurial

I love the entrepreneurial atmosphere. IMC allows people to think outside of the box and put their ideas into motion. It’s a young, energetic, and eager culture with everyone working towards IMC’S success.

I measure the success of each day by asking myself how many things did I manage to cross off my to-do list that day. We celebrate success as a team by meeting personal and team goals. I relax at the end of the day by going to the gym or for a nice long run – followed by  a nice meal.
