Becoming the best
Whether you’re a trading or technology recruit, your career at IMC will begin with a one-month traineeship at our Amsterdam head quarters. Trainees from all offices will join this intense international program, in which the focus is on gaining a thorough foundation for your future job.
Traders will be trained by some of our own traders. Technology recruits will be guided by some of our own developers.
The twice-yearly traineeship also acts as an introduction to the people and culture of IMC, achieved through numerous after-work and weekend events.
After your training
The focus during the first year at IMC will be on professional development – learning how to do your job through real time practice.
After the first year, the focus will shift towards personal development. You will enter a personal development program which is being led by a renowned institution on this field.
For the high potentials and future managers, this will involve Leadership Development training. This entails a thorough focus on managerial skills,
within an international context.
