Role Description
This position will work closely with the Campus Recruiting lead to assist and maintain recruiting efforts on college campuses throughout the US. This role will work to develop strategies and coordinate events at identified universities to achieve internship and full time campus recruiting goals. This person is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships across each campus to promote IMC Financial Markets internship and career opportunities.
Accountabilities Include But Not Limted
- Work with Campus Recruiting team to determine full time and internship goals and activity
- Execute campus recruitment strategy to reach recruitment goals and to build IMC’s brand on campus
- Register for recruiting fairs, coordinate on-campus events, maintain a recruiting calendar
- Work closely with student organizations on campus to promote branding initiatives and foster relationships with these student organizations
- Review all campus resumes received and determine eligibility for on campus interviews
- Sell IMC Financial Markets on campus as an employer of choice
- Assist with on campus interviews for full time trading, development, and internship positions
- Maintain on campus databases for recruiting and selection activity
- Manage all campus candidates through the selection process
- Participate in campus career fairs and campus events
- Facilitate campus advertising and promotions
- Prepare campus activity, results, and metrics for management
- Maintain sufficient inventory of all recruiting materials and supplies needed for campus efforts
- Travel to campuses across the US
- Assist with experienced recruitment efforts during the off season
- Assist with general HR needs as they arise
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years experience in sales, recruiting, or the financial industry
- Prior recruiting experience strongly preferred; IT knowledge a huge plus
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work overtime if need be during peak season
- Must have excellent communication skills and be extremely energetic and motivated
- Team orientated
